1. Nature of Our Services

Colours Counselling offers personal-development, self-awareness, career, relationship, parenting, business, and Vaastu guidance based on a proprietary methodology ("Colour Science") developed by Sanjay Choubey. These services are intended as a guidance and self-awareness tool.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or astrological advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed medical professional or emergency services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or book a session on your own behalf. Where a session concerns a minor (for example, under our Parents & Child program), the minor's parent or legal guardian must book and consent on the minor's behalf.

3. Account Registration

When you register on this Website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking & Payment

• Sessions are booked by phone or WhatsApp and confirmed manually by our team.
• Payment is currently collected offline (via UPI, bank transfer, or other manually arranged methods) — this Website does not process online card or gateway payments.
• Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that session.
• A session is considered confirmed only once payment has been received and acknowledged by us.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All session fees are non-refundable once a session has been booked and payment received. Rescheduling a session to a different date or time may be permitted at our sole discretion, subject to availability, and must be requested by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session on our end (for example, due to illness or unavailability of the counsellor), in which case a full refund or a rescheduled slot will be offered.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Colour Science is a guidance methodology, not a guaranteed prediction system. We do not promise or guarantee any specific personal, academic, professional, financial, marital, or other outcome as a result of using our services. Testimonials published on this Website reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

7. Predictions, Future Analysis & Remedies: No Guarantee

Some of our services, including Life Analysis, Future Prediction, Marriage Compatibility, Business Direction, Vaastu Consultation and related readings based on Colour Science, involve statements, indications or interpretations about a person's personality, tendencies, timing, opportunities or likely future events (together, "Predictions"). By booking or using any such service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Predictions are opinions and interpretations, not facts. They are based on Sanjay Choubey's Colour Science methodology, experience and judgement. They are not scientifically proven or verifiable, and different practitioners may reach different conclusions.
• No prediction is guaranteed. We do not guarantee that any predicted event, timing, result, change or outcome will happen, will happen at a particular time, or will happen in the way described.
• The future depends on many factors outside our knowledge and control, including your own decisions and efforts, the actions of other people, health, economic and market conditions, and chance. A prediction cannot account for all of these.
• Remedies, suggestions and Vaastu recommendations are offered as guidance only. Following them does not guarantee any result, and not following them will not necessarily cause any harm.
• Predictions are not professional advice. They must not be treated as, or used in place of, medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice. Please consult a qualified professional before acting on matters in those areas.
• You are solely responsible for your decisions. Any decision you make about education, career, marriage or relationships, business, investments, property, health or any other matter is your own choice and responsibility, even if it was informed by a Prediction.
• Results described in testimonials or by other clients are their personal experiences. They are not typical results and are not a promise that you will experience the same.
• Fees are paid for the time, consultation and analysis provided, not for any particular outcome. A Prediction not coming true, or an outcome being different from what was indicated, is not grounds for a refund, compensation or any claim against S Factor or Sanjay Choubey, subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy above.
• Where a session concerns a minor, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for how any Prediction or guidance is used.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S Factor, Sanjay Choubey and our representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, distress or missed opportunity arising from reliance on any Prediction, remedy or recommendation. If you do not agree with this section, please do not book or use our prediction-related services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, methodology descriptions, and the "Colour Science" name and framework — is the intellectual property of S Factor / Sanjay Choubey and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this Website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to submit false information during registration, or to misuse, resell, or redistribute session content or recordings without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S Factor and its counsellors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this Website or our services, including but not limited to decisions made by you based on guidance received during a session.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S Factor, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
